Our team at work

Why work with us

We offer real ownership of your work, a culture of learning and initiative, and the chance to make a visible impact. Whether you are experienced or just starting out, if you bring skill and heart, we want to hear from you.

We hire across roles โ€” technical, operations, sales, creative, and support. Even if you don't see a specific opening, introduce yourself.

What the work actually is

Field work is the job. Most days involve travelling to a customer site, diagnosing something that is not behaving, fixing it, and writing up what you did so the next person is not starting from zero. It suits people who like solving a concrete problem and seeing it resolved the same day.

The documentation is not an afterthought bolted onto the technical work - it is half of it. A repair nobody can evidence is worth much less than one that is recorded properly, and the people who understand that early tend to progress fastest.

The team at BiomedRx Neurofeedback is small, which cuts both ways: there is no layer of management between you and a decision, and there is nobody to hide behind when something goes wrong.

What we will and will not promise

We will tell you the truth about the role before you take it: the travel, the on-call expectation, the paperwork, and the parts of the job that are genuinely tedious. Every job has some. Pretending otherwise just produces a resignation in month four.

We will invest in training where it makes you better at the work, and we will pay for the certifications the job actually requires rather than leaving them to you.

What we will not do is promise a title track or a salary band we cannot yet support. A small company that over-promises on progression is buying your goodwill on credit.

Practical things worth knowing

Expect to be trusted with a vehicle, a toolkit and a schedule fairly quickly, and to be accountable for all three. Autonomy arrives earlier here than at a large employer, and so does responsibility.

Most of our work is scheduled, but equipment fails when it fails. There is a real on-call component and we would rather you hear that now.

Who tends to do well here

People who ask questions before they open something. People who tell a customer the honest answer about what a repair will cost rather than the comfortable one. People who can hold a professional line with someone having a bad day, because you will meet them.

We hire on capability rather than credentials. A candidate early in their career who is obviously curious beats a senior one who has stopped reading the manual.

How hiring works here

Most of the people here came in knowing part of the job and learned the rest on real work rather than in a classroom. BiomedRx Neurofeedback is small enough that what you are good at shapes what you end up owning.

Send what you have - a resume, a summary, a note about what you have worked on. You will get a reply from a person. If there is a fit we will talk about the actual work rather than run you through a personality quiz.

If you do not see a role listed that matches you, write anyway and say what you would want to own. Small teams make roles around good people more often than large ones do.
